Citrus Bend Goods LLC ships FAO SchwarzV orders from the United States to addresses in the contiguous U.S. Free shipping applies to qualifying orders as shown at checkout. There is no minimum purchase for the free-shipping offer currently displayed in the header.

Processing

In-stock items usually leave our facility within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT, on a weekend, or on a U.S. federal holiday begin processing the next business day.

Carriers and tracking

We hand parcels to common U.S. carriers. A tracking link is emailed to the address used at checkout. Transit times are estimates; weather and carrier volume can add a day or two.

Where we ship

We ship to the 48 contiguous states. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, and international addresses are not supported on faoschwarzmall.xin at this time.

Damage in transit

Photograph the carton and the item, then email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a refund once the photos are reviewed.
