Return and Refund Policy

FAO SchwarzV accepts returns of unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery, unless a listing says otherwise. Citrus Bend Goods LLC must issue a Return Authorization before any parcel is sent back to Mission, Texas.

How to start a return

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you want to send back.
2. Wait for an RMA. Unsolicited packages may be refused.
3. Pack the goods as received and ship to the address on the RMA, not a storefront.

Refunds

Once the return is inspected, refunds go back to the original payment method. Shipping you paid on the outbound order is not refunded unless we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged. Return freight is the customer’s responsibility except in those cases.

What we cannot take back

• Opened hygiene, makeup, or personal-care sets
• Items marked final sale
• Goods returned after 30 days or without an RMA
